'Showroom 1' serves as a prototype for a two-level apartment within a new residential development.
The project was implemented inside a historical factory building dating back to 1927. Today, the complex integrates residential functionality with an active manufacturing facility: adjacent buildings continue to produce high-precision acoustic equipment used in the international music industry. Historically, this factory manufactured the iconic microphone into which Yuri Gagarin spoke his legendary phrase "Let's go!" ("Poyekhali!") during the first human spaceflight.

This rich industrial past and historical context formed the foundation for the interior's visual concept.
'Showroom 1'
The second level is entirely reserved for the private block, hosting a bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in wardrobe.
The space features a 5.5-meter ceiling height and floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. These original parameters allowed for a clear division of the property into two levels. The first floor features an open-plan layout that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The interior is designed in a minimalist style. The architectural heritage of the building is emphasized by preserving the original structural elements and the raw concrete ceiling, which were left in their authentic state and integrated into the final space.
